“ We asked a stranger for a breakfast recommendation and he mentioned Eggxactly. So glad that we went! Black owned, family ran with the BEST restaurant breakfast that I've had in years. Her catfish was seasoned well, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Creamy grits was on point. My pancakes eggs and bacon was delicious! Next trip to Memphis we are there. I would definitely recommend ”
“ It’s best to have a reservation if you are a punctual person. The service was super friendly and the food was delicious! They are going to need to expand! They do not skimp on the liquor in your drinks and the eggs had the best seasoning. Will be back! ”
“ My friends and I came here before we got back on the road to head home . We ended up sitting outside because the inside was packed. Me and by friend ordered their Sunday specials . We picked the catfish and shrimp with Gouda grits and the smoked turkey omelette . I absolutely loved the one omelette. It was made just right . Didn’t need nothing added to it . We did add onions and peppers and cheese inside ours. Delicious !! Should definitely try. I’m Not a big fan of catfish , it wasn’t bad but it taste fishy to me but my friend said that’s how most taste. Then the shrimp were friend. I thought they would have been grilled . That was ok as well . I would definitely be coming back when I come visit TN though. ”
“ If you are visiting or live close by hands down come and enjoy this hidden gem We came yesterday 5/23/25 and it was amazing We did have to wait less than 10 mins but it was totally worth it Don’t get discouraged by the location or appearance. The inside is so cute and well executed and maintained! We were greeted and served by Maya and she is amazing ( beautiful but very professional and loves her job and it shows ) we sat inside and there was some nice R & B music playing and everyone seemed so happy . We ordered the omelette and let me tell you it was out of this world The BEST I have ever had in my 39 years of life . I have traveled all over the world and this was a huge experience and fabulous opportunity to share with my boyfriend Sammy. I ordered Chicken and waffle with scrabbled eggs cheese and onions (extra waffle). we shared our meals and I loved the dry roasted tomatoes that were in my daughter’s omelet. Build your own egg omelet with cheddar cheese Turkey sausage, veggies, grits and white toast. “The food was beyond amazing”! My wife ordered Bananas foster with two over medium eggs and turkey sausage. “Great food, great customer service, and the additional parking in the back was a plus! Clean restrooms in this small cozy restaurant! Total Bill was 110! The only downside was that additional side order of eggs is 4.75..... but with food this GREAT........Take my money!!!!!!! ”
